Twenty-four semester credits including:
MATH 114Calculus I4
MATH 215Calculus II4
MATH 324Linear Algebra4
MATH 330Modern Geometry4
MATH 345Introduction to Probability and Mathematical Statistics4
with additional credits chosen from MATH 216 or mathematics courses numbered above 305.
Technology requirement, select one of the following:
Teaching Mathematics with Technology (or equivalent as approved by the Mathematics Department)
Programming for New Programmers 1
Basics of Data Analysis with R 1
Computing in Python: Fundamentals and Procedural Programming 1

This minor is restricted to students in the College of Education and Human Sciences: Department of Education for Equity and Justice: Option B and leads to licensure to teach Mathematics in 4-12 classrooms.

 CS 145, DS 140, and DS 150 do not count toward the 24 credits required for the mathematics minor.
